Meet Chris Lavers

Chris grew up in Newkirk, OK and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma before joining the U.S. Air Force. He served as an aircraft crash survival instructor and paratrooper before entering the Interservice Physician Assistant Program, accredited through the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, graduating in 2001. He was hand selected to be the personal Physician Assistant to the President and Vice President of the United States, a position he declined due to the travel implications for a new family. Chris left the U.S. Air Force in 2004, and He and his wife Cory eventually moved to Bartlesville from Kansas City with their daughters in 2009 to be closer to family and friends. They love Bartlesville and cannot imagine having raised their kids anywhere else.

Prior opening Lavers Aesthetics in 2019 (now Lavers Center for Advanced Aesthetics), Chris specialized in dermatology for most of his career. He has provided surgical and general dermatology care since 2004, and aesthetic medicine care since 2014. Chris has found a passion in the blending of artistry and science as he helps people achieve an aesthetic they love.

He has been blessed to train under some amazing professionals. Dr. Steven Orten, a renowned Plastic Surgeon in Plano, TX provided some of his early training, and as opportunity would have it, one of his very best friends from the military is one of the best aesthetic providers in the country. PA Larry Blevins of Village Institute of Plastic Surgery in The Villages, FL is who he trains with now. Larry and Chris graduated from PA school together, and Larry is second to none.

Chris and Cory have worked diligently to make their dream for Lavers Center for Advanced Aesthetics a reality. The experience and skill set necessary to provide the quality of services our patients deserve did not happen overnight, and they would not want it any other way. Moreover, their close ties to a network of excellence that includes national thought leaders and innovators in the field of medical aesthetics and quantum medicine have proven invaluable.

Co-Owner/Practice Manager

Cory and Chris have been married since 1996. Originally from Richland, WA, Cory has called Oklahoma home for more than 20 years total. Taking care of the business side of The Lavers Center for Advanced Aesthetics is a dream come true for her, and she is blessed to be able to work with her husband and best friend.

Meet Robin

Assistant Extraordinaire

Robin has been assisting Chris off and on since 2015. She is from Dewey, OK and joined the Lavers team in 2024. She is not just a hard-working employee, but an invaluable friend, a constant source of calm, and a true blessing.
